Health and Safety Services Master Contract

Rochester Community and Technical College (RCTC) is seeking a qualified contractor to enter into a Master Contract for miscellaneous health and safety jobs. The contract will cover all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete these services. The scope of work includes providing all labor, materials, and equipment for specific health and safety services, preparing the work area, protecting the existing facility and its occupants, ensuring work site clean-up, providing all required final documentation, and complying with all applicable codes, regulations, and rules. The anticipated contract term is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2029, with a total anticipated work award of $0.00 - $50,000.00. If a contract cannot be negotiated by June 15, 2026, RCTC reserves the right to seek an alternative respondent.
