Description

The Department of Veterans Affairs (VA), Network Contracting Office (NCO) 10, requires services for campus sinkhole repairs at the Dayton VA Medical Center. This project, identified as Project 552-26-506, is a 100% set-aside for Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). The estimated magnitude of the project is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. The scope of work includes a comprehensive assessment of 14 sinkhole sites, identification and marking of underground utilities, excavation, strategic pavement cutting, replacement of catch basins, storm drains, and drainpipes as needed. The contractor will also be responsible for inspecting and cleaning storm lines using jetting and camera technology, followed by repaving or surface restoration, landscaping, and seeding. All debris will be collected and removed, leaving the sites in excellent condition. The project is expected to be completed within 120 calendar days from the Notice to Proceed.
