Athletic Transportation Services

McHenry County College (MCC) is soliciting proposals for charter bus services to transport its athletic teams to away games and tournaments. The college requires vendors to offer vehicles with 14, 36, and 56 passenger capacities, equipped with amenities such as an on-board restroom, air conditioning, and sufficient equipment storage. ADA accessibility should be available upon request. All vehicles must be clean, well-maintained, and in excellent mechanical condition. This bid may result in an award to a single or multiple bidders based on cost. Pricing should be all-inclusive, with any additional fees clearly identified. The college is exempt from sales tax.
