Roofing, Siding, and Sheet Metal Services Price Agreements

The Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) is seeking to establish multiple Time-and-Material Price Agreements for roofing, siding, and sheet metal services. These services will be rendered to the Missouri Highways and Transportation Commission (MHTC) and MoDOT. The contract period is set to begin on July 1, 2026, and conclude on June 30, 2029. MoDOT reserves the right to extend the contract for up to two additional one-year periods. Bidders who are awarded a contract must agree to all terms and conditions outlined in the Invitation to Bid (IFB) and any subsequent amendments.
