The New Braunfels ISD is accepting sealed proposals to provide general goods and services on an "as needed basis" in accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this solicitation. The district intends to award multiple five-year vendor contracts with no minimum guaranteed item quantities or dollar amounts. Vendors are encouraged to submit a proposal based upon one or multiple categories offered under this solicitation. Respondents are requested to clarify any ambiguity, conflict, discrepancy, omission, or other error(s) in the RFP in writing. Revisions or amendments, if any, will be made by issuing an addendum. It is the responsibility of each contractor, prior to submitting the proposal, to go to the NBISD website to determine if addenda were issued and, if so, to obtain such addenda for attachment to the proposal. The district is requesting vendors to submit an agreement to sell merchandise at the regular retail shelf prices or if available, to provide a discount off of their retail shelf prices to the District and any available services. The initial closing date for this continuous project is May 21, 2025, with a final closing date of June 20, 2030.
