Description

This solicitation is for multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for Port Handling and Inland Transportation Services (PHIT) in Indonesia, covering multiple locations including Palembang and Jakarta. The services include port operations and inland transportation for US Government personnel, moving cargo from origin to destination. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and fuel. Performance is expected to begin as early as August 2026. Services may include line haul equipment, port handling support, base life support, and material handling equipment.
