Port Handling and Inland Transportation Services in Indonesia

This solicitation is for multiple contract actions (BPA Orders) for Port Handling and Inland Transportation Services (PHIT) in Indonesia, covering multiple locations including Palembang and Jakarta. The services include port operations and inland transportation for US Government personnel, moving cargo from origin to destination. The contractor will be responsible for providing all necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and fuel. Performance is expected to begin as early as August 2026. Services may include line haul equipment, port handling support, base life support, and material handling equipment. The contractor must be flexible to changes in performance periods and quantities. Specific tasks may involve various types of tractor trucks and trailers, forklifts, cranes, boom trucks, container offices with AC, loading ramps, tents, wash down services, light sets, portable latrines, hand washing stations, power generation, and trash removal. All services must comply with US and Indonesian regulations, including safety and environmental standards. The contractor is responsible for all operational costs, including fuel, maintenance, and insurance.
