Heavy-Duty Heat Treating Oven for Aluminum Applications

This solicitation is for a heavy-duty, forced air-recirculating heat-treating oven designed for aluminum applications. The oven must meet or exceed the requirements outlined in the Statement of Need, including a temperature operating range of 200°F to 1400°F and compliance with AMS2750H Class 2 standards with a uniformity tolerance of +/- 10°F. The internal chamber dimensions must be exactly 54" Height x 54" Width x 72" Depth to accommodate large-scale structures such as the Aft Channel (7.20" W x 5.48" H x 54.46" L) and FWD Channel (7.20" W x 5.5" H x 62.03" L). The system must also adhere to the requirements specified in AF Form 889. Delivery is to Hurlburt Field, FL 32544, with specific constraints on weight (maximum 10,000 pounds) and handling equipment. The vendor is responsible for complete assembly, on-site start-up, and commissioning, including acceptance testing to demonstrate all salient characteristics. A minimum 12-month warranty on parts and labor is required, along with comprehensive documentation and proof of at least 3 years of genuine replacement parts availability. The equipment must not use or contain hardware, software, or services from prohibited telecommunications companies as defined in AF Form 889/Section 889 of the National Defense Authorization Act.
