Minnesota Pollution Control Agency Conference Facilities and Services

The Minnesota Pollution Control Agency (MPCA) is soliciting bids for comprehensive conference facilities and services. The event is scheduled to take place from October 13-15, 2026. Services required include conference room rental, audio-visual equipment, food and catering, and lodging for 7 rooms over the 3-day event. Bidders must be registered as either a bidder or a supplier to participate. All required attachments must be uploaded with the response, and proof of insurance will be required if awarded.
