Guaranteed Savings Contractor Qualifications

Northwest Allen County School Corporation, located in Allen County, Indiana, is soliciting sealed proposals for a Guaranteed Savings Contract and the selection of a qualified provider. The proposals are due by 10:00 a.m. local time on May 27, 2026, and should be submitted to the Northwest Allen County Schools Administration Office at 12913 Coldwater Road, Fort Wayne, Indiana 46845. All proposals must adhere to the requirements specified in the Request for Qualifications for a Guaranteed Savings Contract dated April 13, 2026, and comply with Indiana Code 36-1-12.5, as amended. Copies of the RFQ can be obtained from Brandon Basham, Chief Financial Officer, at the aforementioned address. Northwest Allen County Schools reserves the right to terminate this project at any time before contract award and to reject any proposals that do not strictly meet all requirements.
