Coffee Creek Sewer Rehabilitation Project

The City of Gulfport is soliciting sealed bids for the Coffee Creek Sewer Rehabilitation Project. This project involves the construction of a single cell 10' x 6' box culvert with a headwall, the replacement of approximately 3,000 linear feet of 8" gravity sewer and associated appurtenances, and approximately 1,600 linear feet of drainage channel improvements. These improvements include engineered turf revetment for slope stabilization and the placement of a U-shaped concrete channel. Additional work includes pavement repair, fence replacement, erosion control, and traffic control. Plans and specifications can be obtained via email request to jversiga@gulfport-ms.gov or downloaded from www.gulfportmsbids.com. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting is scheduled for May 14, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. at the Gulfport Engineering Department, 4050 Hewes Avenue, Gulfport, MS 39507. All questions regarding the bid must be submitted via email to andrew.l@overstreeteng.com by 5:00 p.m. CST on May 21, 2026. Answers will be provided in writing via email. Bids must be received by 10:00 a.m. on May 28, 2026, at the Office of Procurement, 1422 23rd Avenue, Jones Building, 2nd Floor, Gulfport, MS 39501, either by mail or hand delivery. Bids may also be delivered in person to the Office of Procurement prior to the bid opening.
