Jessen Substation Rebuild Construction Services

The Eugene Water & Electric Board (EWEB) is soliciting bids for the Jessen Substation Rebuild project. This project involves the demolition of the existing substation, followed by site grading, substructure work, and the construction of a control house. Bidders will also be responsible for purchasing materials that EWEB will utilize after the contract is completed. Contractors and specialty subcontractors must meet the minimum qualifications outlined in the bid package and comply with all BOLI and CCB requirements. Bids must be submitted electronically through the State of Oregon's "Oregon Buys" website by 2:00 PM Pacific Standard Time on June 4, 2026. Emailed bids will not be accepted. A First-tier Sub-contractor Disclosure Form must be submitted either with the bid or via email by 4:00 PM PST on June 4, 2026. Bids and disclosure forms received after their respective deadlines will not be considered. Bidders must also comply with Oregon's BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates.
