Electrical Work and Generator Installation at Camp Smith Training Site

This solicitation is for Project No. Q2011E, which involves electrical work and the provision of generators for Buildings 502, 508, and 508A at Camp Smith Training Site, located at 11 Bear Mountain Bridge Rd., Cortlandt Manor, NY. Bids will be received by the Office of General Services (OGS), Design & Construction Group, Division of Contract Management, until 2:00 p.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2026. The estimated contract value is between $1,000,000 and $2,000,000. A bid security in the amount of $65,600 is required. Successful bidders will need to furnish a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Bond, each for 100% of the contract amount. The project commenced design on or after January 1, 2020, and is subject to provisions promoting the participation of New York State-certified Minority and Women-Owned Business Enterprises (MWBEs), with an overall goal of 30% MWBE participation (15% MBE and 15% WBE). Additionally, there is a goal of 3% for Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Businesses (SDVOBs) participation.
