Golf Cart Rentals for 2026 New York State Fair

The New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets is requesting quotes for the rental of gasoline engine golf carts, carry-all (truck) carts, and 6-passenger golf carts for use during the 2026 New York State Fair. The service period is from August 12, 2026, to September 10, 2026. All provided carts must be equipped with operable lights, rooftops, and windshields, and must be in excellent working condition upon delivery. The estimated quantities are 33 four-passenger carts, 12 carry-all/utility carts, and 8 six-passenger carts. The contractor will also provide two additional carts at no cost for replacement purposes in case of breakdowns. Delivery of all carts must be completed by noon on August 12, 2026, and they must be ready for use by the first day of the rental period. Pickups can begin on September 10, 2026. The contractor is responsible for the cost of delivery and pickup, which should be included in the per-cart rental price. The department reserves the right to reject any or all responses, require clarification, waive minor irregularities, and negotiate with responders. A certificate of insurance for at least $1,000,000 per occurrence is required, naming the New York State Department of Agriculture and Markets as an additional insured.
