Plainfield Park District Playground Renovation: Boy Scout Bid# 2065

The Plainfield Park District is seeking bids for the renovation of the Boy Scout playground. Proposals must be submitted by mail or hand-delivery to the Plainfield Park District Administration Office at 23729 W. Ottawa Street, Plainfield, IL 60544, no later than May 28, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Bids will be opened publicly at the same address immediately after the closing time. Each bid must be in an opaque sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and bid number. Late bids will be rejected and returned unopened. No oral, faxed, or emailed proposals or modifications will be considered. The project is subject to the Illinois Prevailing Wage Act, requiring payment of prevailing wages determined by the Illinois Department of Labor for Will County. All bid proposals must be accompanied by a bid bond or bank cashier's check payable to the Plainfield Park District for ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Park District reserves the right to waive technicalities, accept or reject any or all bids, or accept portions of bids.
