Bar Examination Preparation Programs and Services for UNLV Law School

The University of Nevada, Las Vegas (UNLV) is seeking qualified contractors to provide comprehensive bar examination preparation programs and services for its William S. Boyd School of Law. This solicitation aims to support approximately 130-150 graduating students annually, with a primary focus on the new Nevada Comprehensive Licensing Examination (NCLE), including the Foundational Law Exam (FLE) and the Nevada Performance Test (NPT). The services will be divided into three lots: Lot 1 for Nevada Foundational Law Exam (FLE) in-school academic integration and study resources; Lot 2 for comprehensive bar preparation support, including access to commercial bar preparation courses; and Lot 3 for Nevada Performance Test-specific intensive support or "bootcamp" style preparation. Contractors will be expected to provide Nevada-specific, outcomes-oriented solutions, delivered through various modalities including in-person and virtual formats. The anticipated contract start date is October 1, 2026, with an initial one-year term and up to four one-year renewal terms.
