Lot 8 Parking Lot Repair and Paving

The West Virginia Purchasing Division is soliciting bids on behalf of the General Services Division for parking lot repairs, asphalt paving, and curb markings at Parking Lot 8 in Charleston, WV. The work also includes earth moving for subgrade preparation, sub-base course, and base course, ensuring proper compaction and grading. Pavement markings will be applied after the asphalt has aged for at least 30 days, with a second coat applied subsequently. The vendor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, and ordinances, and procure all necessary permits and licenses.
