HVAC Maintenance and Repair Services

BridgeValley Community & Technical College is seeking a qualified contractor to provide comprehensive preventative maintenance, inspection, troubleshooting, and repair services for their HVAC systems. The facility spans approximately 53,621 square feet and includes rooftop units, a ground unit, and ductless split systems, all approximately 14 years old. The contractor will be responsible for ensuring the HVAC systems are maintained in safe, reliable, and efficient operating condition, performing semi-annual preventative maintenance visits, and providing 24-hour emergency service availability. Service reports must be submitted following completion of work to support invoice review and approval. The selected contractor must be licensed in West Virginia and demonstrate experience with similar commercial HVAC systems. The contract will have an initial term of one year, with the possibility of two additional one-year renewals.
