Professional Cleaning Services for Head Start Facilities

The Center for Family Services (CFS) Head Start is soliciting proposals for professional cleaning services for seven of its facilities. These locations serve pre-school children and administrative functions. The contract will cover a 12-month period from August 1st, 2026, to July 31st, 2027, with the possibility of adding or removing locations, with associated costs to be negotiated. Services required include daily cleaning, typically performed Monday through Friday after 5:30 PM and before 7:00 AM. Additionally, VCT floor scrubbing and waxing, and carpet cleaning will be conducted during observed breaks in the calendar year. The selected provider will be expected to conduct regular inspections with Site Supervisors to ensure service quality. Proposals must be received no later than 5:00 PM on June 5th, 2026.
