Madison County Fairgrounds Event Center Construction

Madison County is soliciting bids for the design, fabrication, and delivery of a new steel structure for an event center to be located at the Madison County Fairgrounds in Twin Bridges, Montana. The scope of work includes the structure and foundation design, fabrication, and delivery of all exterior walls, framing, roofing, siding, doors, and appurtenances to create a completely enclosed and weather-tight structure. Madison County will handle interior improvements, finishing, site improvements, grading, and utility extensions. Foundation construction and building erection may be included in this contract or handled separately by the County. The structure must comply with all applicable building codes. Optional bid items may be provided by bidders. The County anticipates completing the building erection and site improvements by July 2027.
