Veterinary Diagnostic Laboratory Services

The County of Riverside Purchasing, on behalf of the Department of Animal Services, is seeking quotations from qualified and licensed bidders capable of providing veterinary diagnostic laboratory services for domestic and non-domestic animals. This contract is anticipated to be for a period of five years, serving four animal shelters located throughout Riverside County: Riverside, San Jacinto, Thousand Palms, and Blythe. Bidders must meet minimum qualifications as outlined in Exhibit 'A'. The County does not guarantee a minimum dollar amount or volume of services, as testing needs may fluctuate. The contract may be expanded to include additional, consistent services with prior written authorization. Required submission documents include the Instructions to Bidders, Appendix 'A', Delivery Information, proof of insurance, Secretary of State registration status, current business license (or exemption statement), Exhibit 'A' Contractor Requirements, Exhibit 'C' Service Listing, Iran Contracting Act documentation, and applicable affidavits for veteran, local, or small business qualifications.
