Palm Tree Installation Services for Peruvian Avenue

The Town of Palm Beach, Florida is requesting bids for the supply and installation of approximately eleven Royal Palm trees (Roystonea regia) and five Green Malayan Coconut Palm trees (Cocos nucifera). All plant material must meet "Florida No. 1" grade or equivalent standards and be free from pests, diseases, and trunk damage. The contractor will be responsible for all materials, labor, tree bracing, and locates. The installation will take place in the 400 block of Peruvian Avenue within the right-of-way. A one-year warranty is required for the survival of all palms from the date of substantial completion, excluding "Acts of God" such as hurricanes or freezes, and owner neglect like insufficient watering. Bids must be submitted online through Euna Procurement (Bonfire). A non-mandatory virtual pre-bid meeting will be held via Microsoft Teams. Award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder, with prices valid for ninety (90) days.
