Street Rehabilitation Program - High Density Mineral Bond Pavement

The City of Owasso is soliciting bids for its 2026 High Density Mineral Bond Street Rehabilitation Program. This project involves the application of high-density mineral bond pavement preservative to various streets across the Champions East, Champions West, Mingo Crossing, and Carrington II subdivisions. Additionally, the project includes work on the Bailey Medical accesses and a portion of Three Lakes Loop. The work will be performed in accordance with the Oklahoma Competitive Bidding Act. Key activities include pavement treatment, traffic control, and the installation of traffic striping. The project has a 30-day period for substantial completion and a 60-day period for final completion.
