Mobile Telephone and Data Services for U.S. Embassy Luanda

This solicitation is for mobile telephone and data services for the United States Embassy in Luanda, Angola, and Sao Tome and Principe. The contractor will be required to provide 4G/LTE network coverage, with the capacity for future growth to 5G. Services include mobile data, cellular voice, text messaging (SMS/MMS), international calls, international roaming, and voicemail. The contract will also cover the provision of short-term cellular telephone and mobile hotspot hardware and services. The anticipated performance period is one year from the date of contract award. The contract will be a firm-fixed-price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract. The government anticipates a minimum of 200 active SIM cards and a maximum of 1,000 active SIM cards per year over the life of the contract. The place of performance is the U.S. Embassy in Luanda, Republic of Angola.
