Air Conditioning, Heating, and Ventilating Equipment, Parts, Service, and Accessories

Ysleta Independent School District is soliciting proposals from qualified vendors for a wide range of HVAC equipment, products, tools, and services. These will be used for the upkeep, maintenance, repair, and replacement of facilities. The district intends to establish a pool of authorized vendors, from which they may request quotes for project-specific scopes of work. Awards will be made incrementally throughout the solicitation period, with proposals accepted until November 30, 2029. Vendors are encouraged to submit their best discounts off manufacturer catalogs, price lists, or websites. The scope includes items such as boilers, pumps, chillers, and crane rentals, with labor and materials included. The purchase of new units is not part of this solicitation.
