Plumbing Services for Housing Authority of the City of High Point

The Housing Authority of the City of High Point (HPHA) is requesting proposals for comprehensive plumbing services. This includes routine service work, preventative maintenance, equipment replacement, small projects not exceeding $50,000, and emergency repairs. Services required encompass general plumbing fixture repairs, replacement, and refurbishment, as well as backflow preventer testing, repair, and replacement, and winterization/de-winterization of plumbing systems. The selected contractor must be available for after-hours emergency repairs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Routine maintenance and testing will be scheduled in collaboration with HPHA, and Work Order requests will be used for all services. Interested contractors can obtain RFP documents via email or through the HPHA website. All questions must be submitted by May 5, 2026, with any addenda issued by May 7, 2026. Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked with the project name and number.
