Commonwealth of Pennsylvania Courier Services

The Commonwealth of Pennsylvania is issuing an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) for contractors to provide pre-defined, as-needed, and emergency courier services. These services are required for all 67 counties within Pennsylvania. Contractors will need to specify which counties they are able to service. To participate, suppliers must first register as a Commonwealth of Pennsylvania supplier to obtain a vendor number. Following this, they must create a user profile in the JAGGAER portal to complete the qualification process. All submissions must be made electronically through the JAGGAER portal.
