Roundabout and Water Utility Improvements Design Services

The City of Redmond is soliciting proposals for engineering and design services for a new roundabout and associated water utility improvements. This Request for Qualifications (RFQ) aims to identify qualified vendors capable of undertaking this project. The project includes the design of a new roundabout and improvements to existing water utilities. Specific details regarding the scope of work will be provided to the selected vendor. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the City's online submission portal, Bid Locker, by 2:00 PM PT on June 9, 2026. Hard copy bids will not be accepted unless prior arrangements are made with the Single Point of Contact (SPC) at least two business days before the closing date. No faxed or emailed submissions will be accepted.
