Building Repairs, Building 530, Dam Neck Annex

This solicitation is for building repairs at Building 530, an indoor pool facility located on Naval Air Station Oceana, Dam Neck Annex, Virginia Beach, Virginia. The project involves the repair and replacement of multiple building systems, including the roof, natatorium HVAC and ventilation systems, natatorium wall and ceiling coverings, structural system coatings, pool surfacing, doors, and miscellaneous finishes within the natatorium.
