Facilities and Lighting Maintenance and Repair Services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam

The Department of the Navy intends to solicit for comprehensive facilities and lighting maintenance and repair services at Joint Base Pearl Harbor Hickam, Oahu, Hawaii. The scope of work includes labor, management, tools, materials, and equipment necessary for maintenance, repair, alteration, demolition, and minor construction across various building and structure types. Specific services encompass building systems such as ventilation, exhaust filters, dust collector filter cartridges, swimming pools, training facilities, high security revolving doors, circle interlocking doors, reverse osmosis systems, photovoltaic (PV) systems, solar hot water systems, and uninterruptible power systems (UPS). Additionally, the contract will cover maintenance and repair of HEMP shelters, including hardness critical assemblies, and locksmith services for lock repair, installation, neutralization, key duplication, and master keying systems. The contract will be awarded as an 8(a) competitive set-aside, with an estimated annual size standard of $47 million.
