Two-Part Silicone Sealant and Road Repair Materials

This solicitation is for the procurement of a two-part rapid curing liquid polymer system, specifically WaboCrete II, used for forming the edge of broken concrete and providing a surface for silicone sealant adhesion. The system includes Part A activator, Part B resin, and Part C aggregate. Additionally, the procurement includes a dual sausage pneumatic gun (Albion AT1500X) capable of dispensing dual component compounds, a disposable mixing nozzle for the gun, and various diameters of foam backer rod (2 1/2", 2", 1 1/2", and 1") to support the silicone sealant during curing. The products must conform to the Kentucky 2026 Standard Specification for Road and Bridge Specifications section 807.03.05(B). All bids must be submitted electronically through the Kentucky Vendor Self Service (VSS) site.
