Waste Removal and Disposal Services for Vault Toilets and Septic Tanks

This is a Request for Quotations (RFQ) to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for pumping services for vault/pit toilets and septic systems at USDA Forest Service managed recreation sites located in Oregon and Washington. The services are required on a "call when needed" basis, potentially throughout the entire year, including winter pumping for some locations. The contract will cover numerous sites across multiple ranger districts, with varying capacities and frequencies of service. Disposal of all sewage and debris will be the contractor's responsibility, and all waste must be disposed of at a commercial treatment facility off National Forest Lands. Amendments to the original solicitation have updated response due dates, points of contact, and added new site locations, recent FAR deviations, and FAR overhaul updates. The period of performance for these BPAs is from April 1, 2022, through March 31, 2032.
