Description

Dallas College is soliciting proposals for certified athletic trainers to provide comprehensive onsite athletic training services. These services include injury prevention, evaluation, immediate first aid care for acute injuries, and treatment/rehabilitation. The trainers will attend all college-sponsored practices and games as scheduled by the athletic directors. Additional requirements include providing a Concussion Management Program, ImPACT assessments, and documentation of injuries. The selected contractor will be the exclusive provider of these services for Dallas College. The contract term is one year from the date of award, with the option to extend for three additional years, for a total potential contract period of four years. Proposals must be submitted electronically through the Workday Strategic Sourcing system by June 5, 2026, at 2:00 PM CST. Late or emailed submissions will not be accepted.
