Architectural Design Services for Maritime Career Technical School

The Board of School Commissioners of Mobile County is requesting qualifications from licensed architects to provide design services for a new Maritime Career Technical School. The school will be located in Mobile, Alabama. This is a Request for Qualifications (RFQ) and electronic responses will not be accepted. All responses must be received by 2:00 PM Central Time on Tuesday, May 12, 2026, at the Purchasing Office, 1 Magnum Pass, Mobile, AL 36618. Responses received after this deadline will be returned unopened. Architects must be licensed by the State Licensing Board of Alabama or have equivalent reciprocity certification. The Board reserves the right to select, re-advertise, or reject any proposal for any reason. A mandatory Pre-Design Conference is scheduled for Monday, May 4, 2026, at 9:30 AM at the Facilities Administration Building, 1 Magnum Pass, Mobile, AL 36618.
