The City of Warrensburg, Missouri is seeking proposals from qualified financial institutions for comprehensive banking services. The selected institution will be offered a depositary contract for a maximum of two years, with the possibility of an additional two-year extension. Services required include account analysis, pledged collateral management, wire transfers, ACH transfers, direct deposits, overdraft management, stop payments, fund availability, coin counting, check reconciliation, returned check handling, online account detail access, account reconciliation, interest rate earnings, short-term loans, investment services, positive pay, EDI and FEDI, balance reporting, merchant services, remote deposit capture, imaging, EFTPS coordination, lockbox services, and cybersecurity. Proposals must be received by June 23, 2026, at 2:00 PM in the office of the City Clerk at 102 South Holden Street, Warrensburg, Missouri, 64093. Bidders must submit one original document and six copies, clearly marked "Banking Services Proposal - Do Not Open". The City may interview bidders and reserves the right to reject any or all proposals. The selected depository must be chartered under federal and Missouri laws and ensure all deposited funds are fully secured as required by law, with pledged collateral equaling 110% of the deposit amount.
