Description
The State of Delaware, Office of Management and Budget, Division of Facilities Management is seeking sealed bids for the construction of a new three-story, 124,800 square foot parking garage located at the corner of East Water Street and Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. South in Dover, Delaware. The scope of work includes all civil, structural, architectural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems as indicated in the bid documents. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2025, and attendance is a prerequisite for bidding on this contract.
