Blanket Purchase Agreement for Chemical Commodities

The Naval Air Warfare Center Weapons Division (NAWCWD) in China Lake, CA, is soliciting small businesses to establish Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPAs) for various chemical commodities. These BPAs will facilitate repetitive needs for supplies, with individual purchase calls not exceeding the Simplified Acquisition Threshold. The solicitation includes a list of chemicals such as oxidizers, fuels, binders, acids, bases, solvents, gases, additives, and starting materials, though this list is not exhaustive. Deliveries will be Free on Board (FOB) Destination to NAWCWD China Lake, CA. A Cyber Maturity Model Certification (CMMC) Level 2 is anticipated for this requirement.
