Vermont Army National Guard Non-Clinical Case Management Services

The Vermont Army National Guard (ARNG) requires non-clinical case management services to support its medical readiness goals. This contract will involve the provision of three (3) Registered Nurses and two (2) Medical Records Technicians. These professionals will be responsible for implementing administrative decisions related to the care and management of medical records programs, including assembling, analyzing, coding, abstracting, reporting, maintaining, and extracting medical records information. Questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted no later than 17:00 PM EDT on May 21, 2026. Offers are due by 17:00 PM EDT on May 26, 2026. Late submissions will be handled in accordance with FAR 52.212-1(f). All quotes must be submitted via the PIEE Solicitation Module.
