Ancillary and Related Services for Grants Cibola County Schools

Grants Cibola County Schools is requesting proposals for ancillary and related services for eligible students in their special education and exceptional programs department. These services will be provided on an as-needed basis for the fiscal year starting July 1, 2026, with options for four subsequent one-year renewals. The scope of work includes services such as Applied Behavior Specialist (ABS), Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA), Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), Diagnostic services, Occupational Therapy/Physical Therapy (OT/PT), Psychological Services (PSYC), Recreational Therapist (RT), Speech, Language Pathologist (SLP), Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor (VR), Social Worker (SW), and Visual Mobility (VM) specialists, as well as Assistive Technology (AT). Providers must be licensed or eligible for licensure through the New Mexico Public Education Department (NMPED). Services will include direct therapy, consultative services, and timely documentation of services provided. The contract period is one school year, with options to extend for four subsequent one-school-year terms. Offerors will be evaluated based on experience, resume, reliability, program offerings, and price consideration/hourly rate.
