Athletic Supplies, Equipment, and Sporting Goods

The Educational Purchasing Interlocal Cooperative at Region 6 (EPIC6) is soliciting proposals for athletic supplies, equipment, and sporting goods. This is an Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) solicitation, intended to establish agreements for products and services related to athletics. These agreements will be available for public agencies and certain non-profit organizations to "piggyback" on, providing an indefinite quantity of supplies and services during the contract period. The contract period is from July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2031. EPIC6 aims to contract with reliable vendors who can supply a wide range of athletic goods. Awarded vendors will be designated as "approved vendors" and must agree to extend their contract pricing and terms to all current and future Cooperative members. EPIC6 will be awarding agreements on a multi-vendor basis to best serve its members' needs, seeking proposals that meet a minimum evaluation score of 70 points, based on factors such as price, availability, and delivery.
