Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Services

The Valhalla Union Free School District is soliciting sealed proposals for Universal Prekindergarten (UPK) Services for the 2026-2027 school year. Specifications for RFP# 01-2026 can be obtained at the Central Administration Office located at 316 Columbus Avenue, Valhalla, New York, between 9:00 AM and 4:00 PM, Monday through Friday, starting May 22, 2026. Electronic copies are available by emailing Miriam Dobbs at mdobbs@valhallaschools.org. Sealed proposals must be received by 1:30 PM on June 2, 2026, and will be publicly opened at the Central Administration Office. Proposals received after this deadline will be returned unopened. The District reserves the right to reject any or all proposals, waive informalities, and accept the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of the District.
