Short-Term Office Rental in D'Iberville or Biloxi, Mississippi

The USDA Rural Development is seeking to rent a short-term office space in D'Iberville or Biloxi, Mississippi. The space must be within the city limits of D'Iberville or Biloxi, excluding the Biloxi peninsula. The minimum requirement is 1,600 square feet to accommodate 8 federal employees, and the space must be move-in ready with no tenant improvements required prior to occupancy. The rental will be full-service, including all utilities, janitorial services, and triple net costs within the monthly rental rate. The office space must meet International Building Code requirements for office space occupancies (HVAC, flooring, walls, ceiling finishes, restrooms), be ADA compliant with easy public access, and provide sole access and control to the USDA Rural Development. Adequate security, including lockable exterior doors, and parking for 5 visitors and 3 government vehicles are also required. The space should have access to telephone and internet service and include at least 3 private offices and a conference room capable of hosting a minimum of 15 people. The anticipated occupancy is as soon as possible upon award. The contract will have a base year of 12 months with two possible 12-month option periods.
