Description

This is a Sources Sought Notice for the Tucson Consolidated Mail Outpatient Pharmacy (CMOP) to identify vendors capable of providing upgraded automated tablet dispensing (ATD) fingers and a new backorder ATD finger. The project aims to enhance the pharmacy's capacity and efficiency in processing prescriptions. The requirements include replacing existing puck conveyor systems with new, upgraded ATD fingers that will increase the number of dispensing units per finger from 40 to 60. A new ATD finger is also planned to handle backordered prescriptions, which will require software modifications to manage release flow. The scope includes the disconnection, removal, and disposal of existing equipment, as well as the installation, commissioning, and integration of new systems. Vendors are requested to submit capabilities statements detailing their company information, technical approach, and relevant experience.
