Professional and Consulting Services

Aldine Independent School District (Aldine ISD) is seeking proposals for Professional and Consulting Services on a continual basis until May 29, 2026. Vendors who were previously awarded contracts under RFP# PURCH 1819-5 must submit a new proposal to remain on the approved vendor list. Vendors who have already been awarded or submitted on RFP# PURCH 2324-6 do not need to submit again. Bids are closed every two weeks on Thursdays at 12:00 PM for review and reopened by 4:00 PM the same day. Vendors who do not fully submit documents by the Thursday deadline will lose their bid progress. Companies awarded on a Purchasing Cooperative do not need to fill out the bid.
