Electrician Services for Water Division

The City of Salem Public Works Department is seeking a licensed and bonded electrical contractor to perform routine electrical maintenance on an as-needed basis for its Water and Wastewater facilities. Approximately 800 hours of service are anticipated for the fiscal year beginning July 1, 2026, through June 30, 2027, though actual hours may vary. Bidders must possess a Master Permit for all Water & Wastewater facilities and demonstrate at least 5 years of experience with SCADA telemetry and electrical installation/repair in Water and Wastewater facilities. Bids are due electronically via Equity Hub's Bid Locker by 2:30 p.m. local time on May 19, 2026. A 10 percent bid security is required. Prevailing wage rates apply to bids exceeding $50,000.
