Description

The USDA Forest Service intends to award a competitive Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order against the Land Management Integrated Resources BPA (LMIR) for services including 18 acres of mandatory and 54 acres of optional tree thinning and bucking, and hand piling. These services are for three units on the Bend/Fort Rock Ranger District, Deschutes National Forest, and are part of a whitebark pine restoration and fuels reduction program. The work involves soil productivity enhancement through subsoiling to reduce compaction, increase permeability, and improve growing conditions across approximately 60.1 acres. The contract period of performance is from the date of award through November 30, 2027. The award will be made to the technically suitable offeror providing the best value, considering technical approach, relevant past performance, and availability.
