Boat Storage Facilities for Gervais/Spoon/Keller Lakes

Ramsey County, Minnesota is soliciting responses from community organizations interested in developing and operating boat storage facilities. These facilities will be used for boats owned by community organizations and utilized on the Gervais/Spoon/Keller chain of lakes. The selected respondent(s) will be responsible for all aspects of the project, including design, obtaining necessary permits, construction, ongoing maintenance, daily operations, and long-term structural considerations such as staging, inspections, and cleanup. In return for these services, Ramsey County will offer to lease the designated site to the organization(s) at a mutually agreed-upon rate.
