Autobody and Mechanical Repair Services for Heavy Equipment and Commercial Trucks

The State of Minnesota is issuing a formal Request for Proposal (RFP) for autobody and mechanical repair services for heavy equipment and commercial trucks. These services will be provided to State Agencies and Cooperative Purchasing Venture (CPV) members on an as-needed basis. The contract is anticipated to run from August 2026 to July 2028, with the option to extend for an additional 48 months. The estimated annual contract value is between $100,000.00 and $500,000.00. A pre-proposal meeting will be held virtually and in person on May 21, 2026. Responses must be submitted electronically through the SWIFT Supplier Portal by the deadline. Questions regarding the solicitation must be submitted in writing to Jonathan.Moxley@state.mn.us by June 11, 2026. All required documentation, including Responder Declarations, Exceptions to State's Terms and Conditions, Responder Forms, and the Exhibit D Price Schedule, must be submitted.
