Linen Services for Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences

Oklahoma State University Center for Health Sciences (OSU-CHS) is requesting proposals from a supplier to provide weekly or monthly linen services, including scheduled pick-ups and deliveries. The supplier will service the OSU-CHS campus and its various clinic locations in Tulsa and Tahlequah, Oklahoma. Services include providing and maintaining clean inventory, coordinating with OSU representatives for inventory levels and modifications, and ensuring prompt replacement of any linen that does not meet standards at no cost to the University. The contract is intended to begin upon award and run through June 30, 2027, with the option to renew for four additional one-year periods. Pricing may be modified annually based on the Consumer Price Index or 5% of the overall contract, whichever is less. The evaluation methodology will be "Best Value," considering factors such as quality of products, reliability, infection control, customer service, ordering process, and references.
