Bids will be received until 10 am on Wednesday, May 6, 2026, at the District's main office located at 1230 Ruddell Rd. SE, Lacey, WA 98503. Contract documents can be obtained by contacting pudplanning@thurstonpud.org at no cost. A bid security in the form of a certified or bank cashier's check for 5 percent of the bid amount, payable to Thurston PUD, or a bid bond from a licensed bonding company is required. Bids that are incomplete, irregular, or lack the required bid security or data may be rejected. All applicants must possess an active Unique Entity Identifier (UEI) number. The District encourages Disadvantaged Business Enterprises (Small, Minority- and Women-Owned Businesses) to submit bids. Prevailing state or federal wage rates will apply to all work performed. An optional pre-bid conference will be held at 10 am on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, at 3930 82nd Ave SE, Olympia WA 98501. Representatives from Thurston PUD will be present to discuss the project. This project is funded by the Washington State Drinking Water State Revolving Fund program, utilizing federal funds from the Environmental Protection Agency, and requires compliance with DWSRF provisions for licensed general contractors and subcontractors.
