Maintenance, Repair, and Operational (MRO) Supplies Master Agreement

The City of Cincinnati is seeking proposals from qualified Offerors to establish a Master Agreement for the provision of maintenance, repair, and operational (MRO) supplies. This agreement will be used on an as-needed basis by various City departments. The scope includes several categories: Janitorial Supplies, Paint & Accessories, Electrical Parts & Supplies, HVAC Parts & Supplies, and Plumbing Parts & Supplies. Offerors must be able to provide a comprehensive catalog of supplies, meet specific requirements for each category, and demonstrate relevant experience. The resulting Master Agreement(s) will have a term of five years from the date of award, with two additional 12-month extension options exercisable at the City's sole discretion.
